Make Plans to attend the 71st Annual DeKalb County V.F.W. Fair, October 16-24, 2026. Admission Information: 6 years and older $5. Children under 6, Free when attended by an adult. Fairgrounds Parking: $5 Free Admission Passes will be collected at the Gate. Kissel Entertainment on the Midway Tickets $1.50 + tax each or 22 for $30.00 + tax Please view the following dates for arts and crafts submissions: Non-Perishables ENTRY DATES: October 10 – 11, 2026 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. For ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, LEGO™, HANDICRAFTS, & NEEDLEWORK Perishables ENTRY DATES: October 10 – 11, 2026 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. For AGRICULTURE, BAKING, CANNING, & FLOWERS Booths Divisions 1-7 – All educational booths for competition (schools, clubs, etc.) All Schools, Clubs, scouts, homemakers, etc. booths (Divisions 1-8) Must PRE-REGISTER by September 30, 2026 School, clubs, scouts, homemakers, etc. booths (Division 1-8) WORKING ON BOOTHS October 7-11, 2026 Deadline for completion of booths is on Sunday, Oct 11, 2026 at 3pm . Division Eight (8) Scarecrows must be pre-registered by September 30th , 2026 , and on site by deadline Tuesday, October 6, 2026 (Noon – 4pm). Judging will be on Monday, October 12, 2026.
